Wasps launch Buzz Points

Wasps have launched a brand new loyalty programme, Buzz Points will work along the same lines as a supermarket loyalty programme. Members will accrue points based on purchases with the Wasps ticket office and attendance of Wasps fixtures at the Ricoh Arena. Members will then be able to spend their accrued Wasps Buzz Points as credit against Wasps match tickets, money can’t buy prizes, merchandise in the Wasps Club Store and other selected events and offers at the Ricoh Arena.  The online portal will also feature raffles, auctions and competitions to win prizes and experiences which you can use your Wasps Buzz Points to enter.  Existing Season Members will already have their Wasps Buzz Points loaded to their online account. Match Reaction: Dai Young post Zebre

Director of Rugby Dai Young gives his reaction to the 82-14 win against Zebre in Wasps' first match of this seasons' European Champions Cup.  After his side scored 12 tries, Dai Young was understandably happy with the way Wasps kicked off their Champions Cup campaign. "We couldn't have asked for much more today, getting the five points secured early on in the game and we kept our foot on the pedal which was pleasing. Wasps record their biggest winning margin in Europe’s premier competition

Wasps began their Champions Cup campaign with a comfortable win over their Italian visitors. After securing their try bonus on 24 minutes, they added three more five-pointers to lead by 42 points to 14 at the break. Six second-half tries took them to their highest ever score, try tally and winning margin in Champions or Heineken Cup. Wasps took just over two minutes to take the lead, after Josh Bassett gathered a clearance kick 15 metres inside the Zebre half.
