Special rugby charter trains to run this Sunday

Fans will be able to catch the train to and from Coventry Arena Train Station for the game, with special rugby charter trains running for the first time.

The match day specials will include a six carriage train running between Coventry and Nuneaton stations, stopping at Coventry Arena. The shuttle service will provide an extra 1,000 seats on the route before and after each game.

Fans will be able to catch the train to and from Coventry Arena for the Harlequins game and the game against Leicester Tigers on Saturday 12 March as an initial trial and therefore there will not be a Wasps bus shuttle service running from Coventry Railway Station for these games.

Anyone purchasing tickets on the day from railway booking offices will get a special joint ticket that will give rail users a discount at the Arena bars. This will offer users of the rugby special train service one free drink.
