Returns Policy

Here at the Wasps Club Store, we endeavour to ensure all our customers enjoy a happy shopping experience, however, we appreciate that you may need to return an item.

If you are returning an online order, you have 14 days to notify us of the return from the item being delivered. To notify us please email store@wasps.co.uk and ask for a Returns Order Form. We will then reply within 48 hours with your form. 

If you are returning items bought in-store please return your purchases to Wasps Club Store at the Ricoh Arena within twenty-eight (28) days of purchasing. Opening times and our address can be located under Contact Us

Any purchases returned after the date will not be eligible for a refund or an exchange.

In the unlikely event that your order has arrived faulty, please contact us on 02476786460 or email us at store@wasps.co.uk and state your order number and the product fault. You have up to 6 months from date of purchase to return the faulty product. By law you have 30 days from date of purchase to return the faulty product to us for a refund, after 30 days you will be eligible for an exchange/credit note only. We cannot accept any products being returned to us as faulty after 6 months, unless proof of fault at time of purchase is given to us.

We would recommend that you return your items via registered post as we cannot accept any responsibility of lost post. Please clearly state on the form the reason for return and whether you require a refund or exchange. Postage costs will only be reimbursed if the product is deemed to be faulty.

CONDITIONS OF ANY RETURN The item(s) returned must:

  • The good/s must be unmarked, unwashed and in a saleable condition.
  • Needs to include all tags still intact. Return postage is at your own cost and risk as we cannot accept any responsibility of lost post

WHAT CAN NOT BE RETURNED

  • Some goods are non-returnable for hygiene reasons. (Boxers inc.) Please note that this does not affect your statutory rights.
  • Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged– However full priced items purchased using a discount code can be returned.
  • PRE – ORDERED ITEMS: For all pre order items – we allow exchange or credit note in the form of a gift card only. 

ASSESSING THE RETURN:

  • The returned item will be assessed and we will notify you if your return has been accepted. Returned items which do not satisfy the above Conditions of Return will not be accepted.
  • Refunds will be made using the original payment method and issued within 5 business days from receiving the returned good(s).
  • CREDIT / DEBIT CARD may take up to 3-5 business days to appear in your account from the issue date.

Our returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.

If any product purchased with a Gift Card is subsequently exchanged for a product of a lower price, any money owing will only be issued as a Gift Card. If your purchase was partially paid for on Gift Card and a refund is payable to you, your Gift Card will be refunded up to the card’s original value, any outstanding balance owed after this will be refunded via the other payment method originally used for your purchase. If you no longer have the Gift Card used to purchase the returned good(s), we will issue you with a new Gift Card to the value payable to you up to the amount of the card’s original value.
