Returns Policy

We do our best to ensure all of our customers enjoy a happy shopping experience at Wasps, however occasionally you may need to return an item.

In Store Purchases

Please return your purchases to Ricoh Arena Club Store within twenty-one (21) days. Opening Times are located under Contact Us

Any purchases returned after the date will not be eligible for a refund. However, a Credit Note in the form of a Gift Card will be issued instead. 

Online Purchases

  1. Email and request a RETURNS ORDER (RO) FORM.
  2. Within 48 hours you will receive an email with a copy of our RO form which you need to fill out and email back to us. On this form you will need to select whether you want an exchange or return and list returned items.
  3. Complete the form and include this with the order you are returning.

We would recommend that you return your items via registered post. Please clearly state on the invoice the reason for return and whether you require a refund or exchange, We are only able to exchange items for the same product.

CONDITIONS OF RETURN The item(s) returned must:

  • The good/s must be in saleable condition, do not need to be in their original packaging, but needs to include all tags still intact. Return postage is at your own cost and risk.
  • Not smell of perfume/deodorant/washing powder -So please take due care when trying on your order.


  • Some goods are non-returnable for hygiene reasons. Please note that this does not affect your statutory rights.
  • Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged– However full priced items purchased using a discount code can be returned.
  • Items cannot be returned if they have been washed. 
  • PRE – ORDERED ITEMS: For all pre order items – we allow exchange or credit note in the form of a gift card only. 


  • The returned item will be assessed and we will notify you if your return has been accepted. Unreturnable items and or returned items which do not satisfy the above Conditions of Return will not be accepted and return shipping and handling costs will be passed on to the customer. In the rare event that a return is rejected the decision is final and not negotiable.
  • You have a legal obligation to take reasonable care of the goods while they are in your possession. If you fail to comply with this obligation, we may have a right of action against you for compensation. This applies to all goods that are returned.
  • We will refund a full amount for returned products. Any shipping costs will not be refunded.
  • Refunds will be issued within 5 business days from receiving the returned good(s).
  • PAYPAL funds will be processed back into your account within 24-48 hours of issuing.
  • CREDIT / DEBIT CARD may take up to 12 business days to appear in your account from the issue date.

If a full refund is required then the entire order needs to be returned back to us within fourteen (14) working days. The customer will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us. If a refund is payable to you we will process the refund as soon as possible, and, in any case within fourteen (14) days.

The returned goods do not need to be in their original packaging however they need to be in a sellable condition. Return postage is at your own cost and risk.

Our returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.

If you return goods claiming they are defective, we will examine the returned goods and will notify you of your refund via e-mail within a reasonable period of time. We will process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any case within fourteen (14) days of the day we confirm via e-mail that you are entitled to a refund for defective goods.

If a refund or reimbursement is payable to you, we will transfer the money using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase.

If any product purchased with a Gift Card is subsequently exchanged for a product of a lower price, any money owing will only be issued as a Gift Card. If your purchase was partially paid for on Gift Card and a refund is payable to you, your Gift Card will be refunded up to the card’s original value, any outstanding balance owed after this will be refunded via the other payment method originally used for your purchase. If you no longer have the Gift Card used to purchase the returned good(s), we will issue you with a new Gift Card to the value payable to you up to the amount of the card’s original value.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS:   The returns policy as above applies to all our international orders except with the below changes:

  • All good/s must be returned to Wasps within 14 days of receiving.
  • All shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the customer. Note original and return shipping and handling costs will be passed on to the customer and can not be credited (refunded). This includes the return shipping cost in the event of an exchange.
