Due to the exceptional circumstances we are all experiencing, we are currently unable to fulfill any exchanges or refunds at this time. If you wish to return a product to us, please notify us within 14 days of the store re-opening and we will happily process your returns then.
Not happy? If you are returning an unwanted online order (including sale items), you have 14 days to notify us from the date of receiving your item(s). To notify us please email firstname.lastname@example.org to request a Returns Order Form. We aim to respond within 48 hours.
For all pre-ordered items (e.g. kit launch), returns will be accepted with exception, providing you notify us within 14 days of receiving your item(s).
If you are returning items bought in-store please return your purchases to Wasps Club Store at the Ricoh Arena within twenty-eight (28) days of purchasing. Opening times and our address can be located under Contact Us.
Any purchases returned after the date will not be eligible for a refund or an exchange.
